Third-party notices
These operational notices describe third-party AR provider and runtime software used by Engage. They are not legal advice; final licence acceptance and commercial-use approval remain owner/legal decisions before broad public commercial scale.
8th Wall / XR Engine Binary / Niantic Spatial
Engage loads the 8th Wall / XR Engine runtime inside the shared campaign AR lifecycle path. AR is one optional campaign mode; Engage is not shipped or positioned as an AR engine, AR SDK, AR toolkit, or standalone provider demo route.

Package/provider references
- The XR Engine Binary is treated as a binary-only runtime that includes SLAM/core world-tracking behaviour.
- Engage uses the provider inside customer engagement campaigns and keeps 3D Mode available as the fallback/completion path.
- Engage must not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute a modified XR Engine Binary.
- Engage must not be positioned or sold as an AR engine, AR SDK, AR toolkit, or substantially similar provider product.
- The current implementation does not include VPS, Maps, Hand Tracking, 8th Wall cloud services, or old hosted 8th Wall project/app-key dependencies.

Final licence acceptance, attribution obligations, CDN/self-host decision, and commercial-use approval must be confirmed before broad public commercial launch.
Three.js runtime scripts
The AR path also loads Three.js runtime scripts used by the 8th Wall stage and Coffee AR renderer. Three.js is distributed under the MIT Licence. View the Three.js licence reference.
